The Alliance Française de Malte Mediterranée collaborates with Spazju Kreattiv for the ŻiguŻajg International Arts Festival for Children & Young People to screen four French animated movies.

Synopsis

On the 20th of February, we screen Tales of Africa – Part 1, a collecion of innovative animated shorts directed by Djilali Beskri. Through the character of Papa Nzenu, a griot of the 21st Century and the main theme of the series, it proposes a journey on the African continent through his tales. From Congo to Mali, through Cameroon and Benin, Papa Nzenu opens the minds of his contemporaries by instilling in them the wisdom of ancient tales.

Tales of Africa, a rich programme without borders! Don’t miss Tales of Africa – Part 2, to be screened on the 13th March 2021.

Covid-19 Guidelines

In order to maintain certain health precautions, screenings will be limited to a maximum of 30 people.

Spazju Kreattiv will refuse entry onto the premises of patrons if they are visibly unwell or have respiratory symptoms.

Patrons are subjects to temperature checks at the entrance for the presence of fever (persons with a temperature of 37.2 Celsius or higher will be denied entrance)

Adequate and easily accessible hand sanitisers at the entrance of the premises and in common areas are in place.

Patrons are encouraged to wear masks or visors while on the premises especially in common areas.- Audiences are encouraged to maintain social distancing of at least 2 metres from other individuals/groups.

Attendance is required 30 mins prior to the screening due to temperature checks and other.
