In partnership with Micro-Folie and the Opera National de Paris, step into a world of enchantment with Massenet’s Cendrillon, a twist on Charles Perrault’s classic fairy tale reimagined in an opera of four acts and six scenes.

🎭 This is no ordinary Cinderella : no pumpkins, no carriages, no glass slipper to try on. Here, Cinderella and Prince Charming recognize each other at first glance, sharing a deep connection in their loneliness despite their contrasting worlds.

Massenet emphasizes their bond with a rich, captivating score that blends styles with delightful fluidity.

Abstract :

1940. De Gaulle opposes Pétain because he wants to continue the military offensive. In Colombey, his wife Yvonne is forced to leave. The family knows the routes of the exodus to Brittany. As the armistice looms, de Gaulle chooses to leave for London, where Churchill, who becomes an ally, allows him to speak to the BBC on 18 June. Yvonne and Charles eventually found themselves, after a long journey, in the London capital.

For our first screening, we are thrilled to showcase the animated film Ernest and Celestine : A Trip to Gibberitia ! 🐻🐭

Join our two heroes as they return to Ernest’s homeland to have his broken violin repaired, only to discover that music is banned throughout the country. They will embark on a mission to right this injustice and bring joy back to bear country.
