On the program : tasting of 4 wines, Presentation of 4 wines (2 white and 2 red wine), country, region, grapes, style, brand explanation and service. This will also be an opportunity to discover the vocabulary of wine.
Presentation of our special guest :
Born and raised in the beautiful region of Brittany in France, Fabien Etienne graduated from Hospitality in Vannes. He then embarked on furthering his knowledge of wine in 2005 with a ‘Sommellerie School’ in Saumur. He has acquired experience from high-end gastronomic ‘‘Michelin-star” restaurants around the world. To mention some few places like:

Fabien created in 2017 a Wine & Services Consultancy to raise and develop the knowledge of wine in Malta.
Holder of the third level certification from the esteemed Court of Master Sommeliers, he is now gearing up for the ultimate diploma level, aiming to join the exclusive ranks of the 275 Master Sommeliers worldwide.
Additionally, on November 5th, Fabien is set to participate in a competition in Paris, where he will be facing eight other candidates in pursuit of the title of Master of Port.
