Roll up your sleeves and come follow the delicious recipes of French pastry chef Geoffrey Barault! Have you ever tasted the typical French almond financier, the scrumptious crème anglaise, or the unbeatable chocolate fondant?

So, put on your apron and get ready for 3 hours of cooking workshop!

Participants will be invited to eat or take away their pastries after the class. We also thank the participants for helping clean afterwards the kitchen which is kindly made available by the Valletta Design Cluster.

Description

Geoffrey Barault is a French Pastry Chef with proven experience in pastry and chocolate making in five-star hotels such as Majestic Barrière and Michelin-starred restaurants on the French Riviera. Based in Malta for the past five years, just under a year ago he created his own already flourishing brand that brings to Malta his fresh and unique vision of artisanal and artistic pâtisserie.
